How to Stay Healthy and Fit.
Some simple tips to stay healthy and fit.
1. Healthy Diet :
Don't skip your breakfast. Try to have green vegetables and food with more protein quantity. Dont eat food only for taste, eat food like it will effect your body like medicine. Drink water in proper quantity.
2. Exercise :
Everyday do cardio exercise for half an hour to 1 hour in morning fresh air.
3. Mental Health :
Learn how to be happy and relax always.
Focus on how to increase the mental strength.
Take proper sleep.
If you want to stay healthy and fit through out your life you should be habituated with simple and good habits that you can maintain throughout your life.
If you will follow some shortcuts or complex routine for being fit, you can not maintain it through out your life. That may effect your body also.
Simple habits will take time to get the result but those habits will be your permanent solution of being healthy and fit.
Just focus on your daily habits and think what are those habits not good for your health and mind. You can only understand what actually need to be done to stay healthy and fit.
